How Our Pricing Works

We believe professional junk removal should be straightforward and fairly priced. Every job is different, so our pricing is based on the actual scope of the work rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Before work begins, we’ll assess what needs to be removed and provide clear pricing based on the job requirements.

Our Pricing Structure

• $99 Minimum Service Charge: Our minimum charge covers smaller jobs and pickups while allowing us to provide the same professional service we bring to every customer.
• Volume-Based Pricing: For larger quantities of junk, pricing is based on how much space the items occupy in our truck. This typically ranges from smaller loads to half, three-quarter, and full truckloads.
• Item-Based Pricing: Single-item and smaller removal jobs, such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, and other large items, may be priced based on the items being removed and the work required.

What Can Affect the Price?

Every job has its own requirements. Factors such as the amount of material, labor involved, item type, dismantling or disassembly, difficult access, stairs, and other job-specific conditions may be considered when determining the final price.

Our goal is simple: provide a fair price for the work required and a professional experience from the first conversation to the final cleanup.
